R enee Schreiner started building her Mary Kay business in 1996 as a part-time Mary Kay consultant. Seven years into her Mary Kay career she quit her full-time job in the education field to work her Mary Kay business full-time. As a full-time consultant she enjoys the flexibility of working part-time for full-time pay and being available to take care of her family’s needs as they arise.
